If you delete the IM program directory, it's almost done. IM does not
write into the registry.

You may however want to remove the IM program directory from the path
environment variable: Choose "Properties" from the context menu of "My
Computer", click onto the button "Advanced" and delete IM's program
directory from the pathname.
