The latest ImageMagick release required ActiveState ...1005.

Do you have a compiler installed?  If so, download the ImageMagick windows
source distribution and type

  cd ImageMagick-6.5.3-4/PerlMagick
  perl Makefile.nt
  nmake
  nmake install
