[magick-users] ImageMagick-6.5.1-0 - error while loading shared libraries:

Hello,
I downloaded a few minutes ago ImageMagick 6.5.1-0 from
ftp://ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/ImageMagick.tar.gz

I did:

./configure
make
make install

without facing error messages, but

/usr/local/bin/convert --version
returns

/usr/local/bin/convert: error while loading shared libraries:
libMagickCore.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

any idea what the problem might be
