[magick-users] ImageMagick installation not recognizing libjpeg or libpng

If you installed from source, you will need to re-install all the 
delegate libraries (then I think reinstall IM)

To check which delegates are installed, run

convert -list configure

and look for the line starting with DELEGATES.

You can get the delegates at:
http://www.imagemagick.org/download/delegates/
