[magick-users] Uninstall & install

I am using a MAC OS X 10.4 Intel machine and am new to installing  
unix-like software. I looked for a ImageMagick binary but could only  
find one for OS X 10.5. To make a long story short, I think I made a  
mistake and used the unix install instructions at

ImageMagick does not seem to be working and in fact I did get a  
number of errors during the configuration and compile which I  
foolishly ignored. The questions are:

1) how do I uninstall the files created by the bad install?

2) Is there a list of these files and their location so that I can  
manually delete them if I have to?

3) are there instructions to install ImageMagick for Mac OS X 10.4?

Any help will be much appreciated.
