[magick-users] Version 6.4.5 Q8 do nothing in Windows XP

Hi,

a few days ago I have downloaded the binary package for Windows XP, 
file:ImageMagick-6.4.5-4-Q8-windows-static.exe, I have installed it but when 
I try to execute any commands as convert, notify, mogrify, they do nothing.

Are there some problems with that version (4.4.5-4-Q8 Static) and Windows 
XP?
