[magick-users] using kanungo noise for degradations

Hello Everybody,

I am working on the GREC symbols for my intership, I need to use the 
'kanungo' noise for degradation of my symbols. Unfortunately i am 
working on window platform, has anybody used this degradation with 
imagemagick, or any ideas how to proceed.
