Add to this -gravity SouthEast -chop 2x2
That should remove any color distortion caused by the JPEG.

Do you have some other copies of this or other frames?
As I mentioned a couple of times the width of the top and the side
parts of the frame do not match right.
If I can get that then I'll publish the script that will not only frame
the image, but get the frames shading correct.
