[magick-users] IM not filling background in completely black ?

Chris,

I would take a close look at each of your input images. There may be 
something odd about them.

Use convert image.png -verbose info:

Also you could post a link to an example and we could examine it. 
(Post the inputs and output for one example that has a problem)
