I have looked on the imagemagick site and on Google, but I cannot seem 
to find anywhere a link to download the windows binary of version 6.2.4.

I need this for a dev environment used to develop apps that will run in 
prod on debian etch, which sports 6.24 currently.

Any help would be appreciated
