Are you serious? ImageMagick will convert the PDF into a bitmap. I bet, 
IM can perform this job, but the loss of quality, expecially in the text 
/ fonts would be inacceptable in regard to printing.

In this case, I would really recommend professional pre-flight software, 
i.e. Adobe Acrobat or Pitstop.
