[magick-users] Can't find imagemagick-devel in debian etch stable

I´ve been installed these packages from debian etch stable:
     imagemagick
     perlmagick
but I can't find imagemagick-devel in the repositories.

I found only .rpm package binaries.

¿ Where can I find .deb package binaries ?

¿ Must I compile from source ? ¿ from where ?
