We cannot reproduce the problem.  We're using ImageMagick 6.3.8-2 and
Ghostscript 8.61.  We recall a previous report similar to yours where the
bug was within Ghostscript and a patch was submitted.  In the mean-time,
this may work for you

  convert -verbose -colorspace rgb 'doce_159_dezok.pdf[13]' teste.jpg
