[magick-users] ImageMagick temporary files

Hello,

I wrote a webapp using ImageMagick/JMagick.  After a while I started seeing
magick-* files filling up /tmp.  I just want to verify that setting the
environment variable MAGICK_TMPDIR to something else will cause these files
to be written to this new directory.  Also, does anyone know when
ImageMagick needs to create these temporary files? What operations cause
these files to be created?
