[magick-users] Font problem

Sir,
I am a newbee to IM. I needyour help urgently.
I want to use TeX4ht with LaTeX.  The program 
works OK to the last line, which consist of 
convert .... *.ps *. png
The program hangs at this last line.
 
I have Windows XP and have installed 
Ghostscript in D:\Program Files\GS
ImageMagicK in D:\Program Files\ImageMagicK 6.3.8 Q16
I think IM is not able to locate the postscript fonts.

Please help me.
