[magick-users] Font problem

I have installed ghostscript in C:\GS and ImageMagicK in c:\IM directories.
However, the IMdisplay does not recognise *.ps or *.eps files.
I think the problem is one of FONT_PATH (?).  

Actually I want to use ImageMagicK to convert *.ps files into *.png
files to be used along with TeX4ht program.

Please help me.
