[magick-users] Convert PDF->JPG works in command line, not in PHP

Add " > /tmp/im.log 2>&1" to the command_line string and see what the
log file says.  Maybe it's a a PATH issue.  It looks like you're using
non-standard paths (/usr/local/imagemagick/...).  Just a first guess.
