[magick-users] identity and convert fail with 'Improper image header'

I opened the file in Gimp, and it didn't complain. Maybe you
could convert it with Gimp as a workaround?  I don't know the 
batch command stuff for Gimp, but if it's a one time conversion,
just open it in Gimp, and "Save As" png.
