As far as I know, you can't do that with one click in Photoshop.
Nikon's Capture NX 1.x allows you to do thanks to so called U-point(R)
technolgy.

We can change a picture's levels with IM for a whole picture.
However, I don't know if IM has the feature you are asking for.

I must say this is a very powerful feature for photographers.
