[magick-users] Image color becoems weird after convert

Hi,
Using "convert IMG_1137.JPG IMG_1137.png" can not fix the problem.
When I run this commend, the program is endless and the file size of
IMG_1137.png becomes larger and larger.
The size is much more larger than the original file.
Then I terminal the program.
