No it doesn't, it is a simple generic setting for multiple image formats
very very few of which allows cchoice of compression, let alone multiple
'chained' compressions.

Of course that does not mean a specific 'compress' setting couldn't
represent a specific compression 'chain'.  That is up to the image
'coder' module.
