[magick-users] Problem creating animated GIFs on Windows

Wow! You really have an old program. Perhaps the syntax for getting 
the configuration has changed since then. On windows, you may need to 
use

convert.exe -list configure

Try that.

Otherwise, you really need to upgrade. Lots of new features and lots 
of bugs fixed.

The IM binaries should already have the normal list of delegates installed.
