[magick-users] Problem creating animated GIFs on Windows

Thanks for the suggestion Fred.
I didn't compile IM, I downloaded it last year from www.imagemagick.org/. I
suppose I should try the latest version - probably should have done that
before bothering you guys.
I can't see a DELEGATES line in the output from that command - see below.
