Hi,

right now I'm working on a script from an advanced 'unsharp mask'
technique (I posted on this a while ago). Part of the script is that I
need to make a selection from a greyscale image and apply this
selection to another image. How do I go about there? I couldn't find
anything on selections in the manual.

P.S.: Yesterday, I read a bit about 'distortion methods' in the 'Usage' part
of the online manual, and it really blew me away when I discovered what
possibilities IM supports here. Wow!
