[magick-users] How to enable Binary transparency

Hello,

I have created Adobe illustrator files and now want to convert using
"Convert" tool, so have specified the following statement,

Convert -colors 256 -type TrueColorMatte -alpha on -contrast -density
1024 -resize 48x48 RawImages\alert.ai Images\alert.png

But using it transparency is not good, I want to convert to 64 bit
png, with Binary transparency, so what should I do ?
