[magick-users] WG: Windows XP/MS VC++ 6.0 demo.exe crashes

I assume you compiled it yourself since demo.exe is not part of the
binary distribution.  We downloaded the ImageMagick Windows binary and
compiled the Magick++ demos and they ran without complaint.  We're
using VisualStudio 7.
