[magick-users] A grid appears when resizing. It wasn't invited. (Bug?)

I'm not sure if any IM developers are paying attention to this bug,  
but you might be interested to know that it exists in 6.0.0-7, but  
does not exist in 5.5.7-36 or 5.5.6.

I just spent most of the day mucking around with IM and GDB, but I'm  
not sure if I'm any closer to the source of the bug. I tried using  
Q16 but each set of images took close to 24 hours to process instead  
of 3.
