[magick-users] Extract and Manipulate IPTC Info

Hi,

I am writing an VB.NET application to extract and manipulate IPTC info
embedded in a image (jpeg only). I am using Magick.Net library. I can
extract 8BIM segment using the library but it returns me a byte array. 
Is there any call to the API which returns proper formatted object of
IPTC info rather than the byte array?

If there are no such API calls in ImageMagick library then could you
please help in understanding the 8BIM segment i.e. source code,
documentation, etc.
