[magick-users] Unable to open X server on Windows/Exceed

For comparison, I decided to install the Cygwin build of IM.  This works
with Exceed.

However, the Windows binary from imagemagick.org still does not work.

Are you using the Windows binary from imagemagick.org or some other build?
