[magick-users] 6.3.3-6 vs 6.3.7-1 ?'s

I figured I'd be a good boy and update to the latest version, but ran
into troubles.

I did a clean install with ImageMagick-6.3.7-1-Q16-windows-dll.exe

I'm running windoze ME and have used 6.3.3 for a LONG time without a
hitch. Now I get the following error msg with 6.3.7-1 to e.g.

identify test.jpg
IDENTIFY.EXE: no decode delegate for this image format `test.jpg'

(similiar no decode delegate error msgs to less trivial tests)

I just reinstalled ImageMagick-6.3.3-6-Q16-windows-dll.exe to a 
different dir, reset the path, & it runs fine.

Any hints on getting 6.3.7 to run correctly on my ancient windoze ME?
