[magick-users] ImageMagick and Apache

I have installed ImageMagick on a FC4 server, and have verified that it
works by using the command line. However I have a Content Management
System running (Joomla), and the apps indicate that ImageMagick is not
installed. Do I have to modify my httpd.conf or php.ini file to make
Apache or PHP aware that ImageMagick is installed or to access the
libraries?
