[magick-users] Of Regressions and Historical Releases

I was hoping to do a bit more testing on my own first. The problem  
seems to be somewhat intermittent. I can reproduce it on the server,  
but not on my home machine. Even when running the same version of IM.

I'll see if I can get a test case working, though.
