[magick-users] resize problem with transparent gifs

I answered this in the discussion forums.

Basically you were relaying on a bug in reszie, that was fixed.

And PNG handling did not fix it because Im still did the right thing

You GIF looks horrible becuase GIF is horrible, even when you convert
PNG to GIF, GIF is still horible as a image format!

The Fix was to handle the GIF semi-transparency problem correctly
