[magick-users] Lossless jpeg support?

Hi,

I'm using version 6.2.7 of IM, and was trying to read some DICOM files and got the error "unsupported jpeg process 0xc3".  While perusing around, I found the patch that supposedly fixes that error, and after patching (with much difficulty I must add), now magick++ does not work correctly, all tags are empty and everything is wrong.

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to support reading lossless jpeg?
