[magick-users] PS vs IM

I am running into an issue where an image is coming out of PS with the
"Optimized for Web" option and IM is possibly not handling it correctly. In
my web application users with IE are complaining that they cannot see the
images. I used the identify util on the the images from PS in question and
they say 100x100. So, I -strip and -resample 72x72 but the image is then
MUCH smaller. Is there a flag I am missing that maintains the correct size?
I tried to scale it back up afterwards to 640x480 and then the image is VERY
pixelated and looks REALLY bad.

Any suggestions or ideas are GREATLY appreciated.
