[magick-users] making movies with imagemagick

Hi,

I'm running imagemagick on centos and I've been making mpeg files from a 
bunch of jpegs using basically
convert *.jpeg mymovie.mpeg

which seems to work fine except that I'd like to introduce some sort of 
a delay between frames that could be understood by a movie player. Like, 
let's say if I wanted to have the movie play at only 3 frames / second 
or something like that.
