[magick-users] Secruity Issues for versions before 6.3.3

After posting my reply, I browsed through the Magick Developers mailing 
list postings and discovered that I should upgrade from my old version of 
6.3.1.

I am using a "non-server" machine, but I will heed the warning. 

Thanks to all who help make this program such a great tool.
