[magick-users] Help! I don't understand delegates. ImageMagick
failure on AIX (100% make test errors)

What are DFS and GSA? How can I tell if I'm running on them? The
file system I'm installing and running on is a global, cross-platform
file system. To my knowledge, there are no ACL's being used. And
there are no error messages about permissions being denied.
