[magick-users] install latest in ubuntu

IM is part of Ubuntu.  It is not the newest version
though.  It is 6.2.4.  There was a bug in that version
that affected how I created Sepia toned images so I
downloaded and installed a newer version (6.2.8) from
the IM site.

It does require compiling and installing the software.
