[magick-users] no decode delegate

The first is no issue, convert finds all its libs when run as root or as
not-root.

But:
# ldd /usr/local/lib/ImageMagick*/modules*/coders/tiff.so
ldd: bad magic number in: /usr/local/lib/ImageMagick-6.3.1/modules-Q16/coders/tiff.so

I never heard of running ldd on a library anyhow ???
