[magick-users] Magickwand installation

Hi,

I am trying to install the Magickwand (0.1.8) PHP extension on a SLES 
Linux 10.0 / Apache web server. Our PHP (6.2.5) was installed via a 
distribution module rather than a full build so we don't have a 
./configure or ./buildconf available. I'm stuck where I'm supposed to 
rebuild the PHP configure script. Is it possible to install Magickwand 
as a separate extension without having to rebuild PHP itself?
