[magick-users] Compressing an image into a wedge

Forgive this question if it is obvious to the Magick gurus, but I'm
just a beginner. I've scoured the docs as much as I can and I cannot
find a way of doing what I want.

I want to compress an image into a wedge. To be more specific, suppose
I have an image that is 200 x 400. I want compress the image up so
that the bottom edge becomes the diagonal from top left to bottom
right, and all pixels are moved up above the diagonal proportionately.

How do I accomplish this? Does this explanation even make sense? 8-)
