[magick-users] SetMagickResourceLimit in JMagick or other way

Hello all

Is there are some way to set SetMagickResourceLimit thru JMagick? Maybe some
other way?
The problem is global environment variables MAGICK_MEMORY_LIMIT etc. gives
no effect if I am processing images with JMagick (when I'm working with
.dll/.so directly) and I can not limit cache size at all.

I'm trying to recompile jmagemagick with limit flag. No changes.
