[magick-users] Question about ImageMagick functions

Hello everybody,
I don't know anything about ImageMagick so I'll ask you a simple question.

I have to write a code, for a didactic project, in order to make two tasks:
1) from a bmp image, i want to convert it to a jpeg file but I have to
change some quantizated dct coefficients .

2) from a jpeg image, i have to extract those modified dct quantizated
dct coefficients.

I want to know if ImageMagick could be used to do those two tasks.
