[magick-users] Changing Resolution

Hi,

 

I am trying to create an online album for someone and I am inserting
pictures that the family has taken and put on a website.  When I downloaded
the pictures from that website and tried to use them in creating my album
they came out extremely blurry and I could not use.  I found out that it's
because the pictures have low resolution.  

 

Can I change the resolution on a downloaded picture so its not blurry and I
can use?  If so, how do I do this?  I am new to this so any help anyone can
give me I would greatly appreciate it.
