Hi.
   How can I convert a windows bitmap with 16 colors into a RGB windows 
bitmap?
   That is identify shows
BMP 128x128 128x128+0+0 PseudoClass 29c 8-bit
and I need
BMP 128x128 128x128+0+0 DirectClass 8-bit
