[magick-users] Converting LAB to RGB

I am using ImageMagick 6.2.4 07/09/07 Q16 to convert an LAB .tif into an
RGB .jpg and am running into an issue similar to the one described in
the post at URL #1 below, where colors do not map correctly in the
output. I should note that the 'display' command does not render colors
correctly in the input either, whereas the Eye of GNOME ('eog') viewer
does render colors correctly. The image in question is available at URL
#2 below. At the present time, is it possible to do such conversion with
correct color mapping?
