I have run into an incompatability with the combination of:
ImageMagick / Gallery2 / 1&1 Linux Servers

Gallery2 can successfully communicate with ImageMagick 6.2.7 on 1&1 servers, but can not successfully communicate with ImageMagick 6.3.3 for example. 1&1 servers are "known" to have issues with 
current versions of ImageMagick being called by Gallery2.

ImageMagick 6.3.3 exits with a return code of 139. No one has so far elaborated the meaning of that number. Possibly we could solve the problem more quickly if we knew what the number means.
