[magick-users] Compiling against magick under windows (visual 2005)

I'm trying to build the library under windows with visual studio 2005 but the
dynamic multi-threaded version won't compile half the libraries with a bunch of
unresolved external symbols and the static version won't link with an error
about a missing symbol for dll load (which should be there for the static
version).

Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong here?
