I'm trying to reduce the number of bytes in an image. I can easily convert the bmp to jpg and the size to something reasonable, but the number of bytes is still large, around 300kb for a simple image! Am I missing something? Possibly a whole chunk of knowledge about how images work? Cheers, Cliff
